They messed up the deadzone so you have to use virtual joystick remappings to fix it. Or otherwise you have to wait for them to fix it in a patch
Lack of yaw left control, there own suggestions of yaw vs roll show a complete lack of understanding of standard control interfaces. which is totally unacceptable in 2020 with so many modern games. Additionally. having to hold a right mouse key to navigate through a menu to make changes, seems completely devoid of reason. I have brought the game, downloaded it, played it for 5 minutes to try to understanding of the controls. I am now done playing the game and have wasted $30 for a game that is basically unplayable with a $300 hotas. EA knows better.
Sure EA knows better, but they just want our nostalgia money. I waited for the reviews hit before I bought this game, and guess what all the reviews say its AMAZING and STELLAR! But all the players on this forums seem to think the game is OKAY and NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT! Should have known to check the game forum before buying! Last time I trust a review on Polygon, IGN, and other sites.
Playing on PC, this control is totally dumb,i got the game refunded on Origin, an other SW game goes to garbage,Keep up the good work destroying SW game EA!
