flight controls not working on PC

So all controls have ceased to work as soon as I launch into a match.  I'm using a HOTAS setup with throttle, stick, and peddles, but my keyboard and mouse also stop working.  Everything functions as...

Are you launching the game through Origin, or do you use a different platform?

@EA_Kent It is on steam. And I guess I should mention that reinstalling steam was another thing that I tried.

      @EA_Kent I have a warthog HOTAS with MFG crosswind peddles.

        Perfect, thanks. What happens if you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch the game? I'm curious if there might be something else running on your PC that's related to the game not accepting the inputs from the HOTAS.
