Freesync & Multiple Monitors

I am having trouble with freesync working on my main monitor the game is displaying on when multiple monitors are connected to my computer. Regardless of whether the game is in fullscreen or fullscreen borderless freesync will not work unless the second monitor is disconnected.  If starting up the game for the first time, freesync works with multiple monitors, but when you get to the opening screen, it looks like the game changes some kind of video input and freesync ends up permanently disabled unless the second monitor is disabled in game.

Once Jedi Fallen Order is started up, freesync is broken on my system for multiple monitors unless I cycle disconnecting and reconnecting my second monitor after closing the game. This makes a very unpleasant experience, causing stuttering and screen tearing. I am working around it just playing with 1 monitor active, but this is unacceptable given that Titanfall 2, another Respawn game, does not have this issue.

Would appreciate it if EA or Respawn could acknowledge this tech issue and work on a fix.

Is anyone having this issue with multiple monitors and freesync/gsync?

Jedi Fallen Order is the only game I own that has this issue.

  • U can check it in way that not disconnect 2d monitor physically, but just disable it in Device Manager.
