Full House acheivement bugged

Summarize your bug I cannot recruit the bogling. I am not prompted to press anything to interact with it. He is there in the room after force push the door in but I cannot do anything else with him.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go under the landing pad on Bogano
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot progress with that part of the game.
What do you expect to see? Some type of prompt to interact with the creature.
I did start a different game to see if I could get it to work. I was able to but it didn't seem even then like it was a smooth transaction. The prompt did not feel like it was in the correct spot when I did find it. Even if the prompt was removed altogether and the bogling was just added to your crew once you force pushed the door would suffice.
