Game breaking bug after fight with Taron Malicos

Man, I know you can’t do anything with my reply, but I feel you man, had the exact same thing! 

I was live-streaming and suddenly my game crashed and now I can’t do *, but I’m not gonna start over again, bc I was at 83% of the game...

I think I have found a repro for this bug -- the steps are to start talking to the NPC (Merrin) but then run to the save point while you both are speaking. Save, and then close the game. When you reload your save, it is possible that sometimes your remaining conversations with her will be limited, and the bridge away will not appear.

Is it possible that this is what happened? I will fix this issue -- but I want to make sure I'm not missing another bug here.

Yes it is very possible that this was the case.

@wojtaslewPS4, Patch 1.03 did not solve this problem, I will have to play again

I have the same issue. I saved during the dialog and the bridge did not spawn. I'm stuck on the platform after fighting Taron Malicos with no way to get off.

But I am on PC so its not just PS4.

This is almost exactly what happened to me. I finished the fight with malikos and went to talk to the night sister. I pulled away from the conversation before she was done talking and saved. I can't reload the previous save and cant continue my conversation with her and the bridge does not appear.
