Game-Breaking Venator Bug

Summarize your bug On the crashed venator, there are two power switches that BD-1 is supposed to be able to interact with. The first is for an optional area, but the second is for a mandatory puzzle near the top. The prompts for BD-1 to interact with them are not appearing, so they cannot be interacted with. This is a game-breaking bug as you cannot get out the way you came in, so my character is stuck and unable to progress.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Provided you experience it well, simply go to crashed venator and see if you get the prompts on the power conduits.
What happens when the bug occurs? No button prompt, no way to get robot to interact with them.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to press the control button to charge/decharge the conduits, but BD-1 stays on the character's back.
Game-breaking. I'm right at the end and my game is now unplayable.
