Game broken after Kashyyk - Can't travel to Dathomir. Doors closed on ship

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug When I land on Kashyyyk to find Tarfful and Mari, The Mantis lets me out on the wrong side and I am unable to leave the landing pad area. I cannot go under or around the ship to reach the door.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Landing on Kashyyyk after being on Zeffo for the second tomb.
What happens when the bug occurs? Traps me in between the ship and the wall and I cannot move.
What do you expect to see? Move along with the story.

The crew members of the Mantis have both disappeared and I cannot leave the area.

A month old and n o response. I have the same issue. Di u get past the bug

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same problem and this is the only place I have seen someone with the same issue!

  @trothwell55 There is no solution, especially for the consoles. They have to dev a bugfix for activating the wall scan afterwards. Actually you have to startover but that is no option for me. I‘m at 65%. I think the devs are not listening ☹️

  @trothwell55 I got a solution from Dave, Respawn Support and it worked for me.
  
  „Please try the following:
  
  - Fly to Bogano
  
  - Go to the save point inside the Mantis, and save your game
  
  - Quit to the main menu
  
  - Reload your saved game
  
  Hopefully, when you reload your saved game, you will now be standing outside the Mantis on Bogano. At that point, go to the scan location, scan it, and then when you return to the ship, you should (hopefully) be good to go. Also please make sure you've gone all through Bogano and seen any cutscenes or moments that you missed the first time around (when you bypassed the scan).„
