Game broken after Kashyyk - Can't travel to Dathomir. Doors closed on ship

It is very, very sad that the DEVs or EA are obviously not interested in the problem. Restarting a game after 65% destroys all fun, but the solution could be programming technically easy. There is a thread where a solution for PC gamers has been accepted, but it is more a glitch than a real solution.
This solution does not work on PS4.
Please either offer the possibility to fly back to Bogano to scan the wall or solve this on programmer level.
