@trothwell55 I got a solution from Dave, Respawn Support and it worked for me.
„Please try the following:
- Fly to Bogano
- Go to the save point inside the Mantis, and save your game
- Quit to the main menu
- Reload your saved game
Hopefully, when you reload your saved game, you will now be standing outside the Mantis on Bogano. At that point, go to the scan location, scan it, and then when you return to the ship, you should (hopefully) be good to go. Also please make sure you've gone all through Bogano and seen any cutscenes or moments that you missed the first time around (when you bypassed the scan).„
