Are you using AMD cpu if so what model as the person who created this topic has similar spec pc to me the only differnce is my CPU is AMD Ryzen 1600 and my GPU Nvidia 1070Ti compared to the person who created the topic has AMD Ryzen 1700 and has Nvidia 1070 GPU.

@Hallow_Knights Thanks, I will try to reinstall Origin. My processor is Intel core i7 3640qm, graphic card nvidia GTX 1050 TI.
