Game Crashes during Cutscene on XBOX

I'm in the Tomb of Miktrull on Xbox and every time I raise the spier, the cutscene that is triggered causes my game to crash without fail. I can't move on and continue playing the game, I tried unins...

    Hi @xIrishWolverine,

    Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?

Hi @EA_Cade , I have this exact same issue and I tried what you suggested but still have it crash at the exact same point in the cutscene. It freezes up and does a horrible jarring noise before crashing to Xbox dashboard.
