Game crashes on Kashyyk

Summarize your bug Right after meeting BD-1 and then having him lead me across the zip line, the game crashes every single time. I have tried to change multiple settings and all of my drivers are up to date. I've tried playing in windowed fullscreen mode or windowed mode or fullscreen mode, and nothing I do seems to get me past this point. Every time, as soon as I get to the other side of the zip line, the game completely crashes to desktop.

What happens when the bug occurs? Every time, as soon as I get to the other side of the zip line, the game completely crashes to desktop.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game not to crash to desktop at the same exact location!

I keep getting this error in the second tomb in Zeffo. No crashes or whatsoever in Kashyyk but right now I am stuck in this one particular room and game crashes every single time I try to leave the room.

Help us EA, you are our only hope.

I have this issue at the very 1st cinematic in the beginning of the game. Right after I pick the difficulty. The very beginning. I haven't even started playing yet.
