It actually looks like it crashes any time it's about to load into Yavin. Usually there's no error, just silent crash. One of the times, though, I got the attached error (it won't show up when I try to insert it as an image, sorry).
I renamed that file to a *.old instead of a *.dll just to see if the game would notice, it did not. Weird thing is, I'm not playing this in VR mode so I have no idea why it would be trying to access that particular file.
I've also gone through and verified my local game files, as someone on Reddit said they had success with that. No luck here, everything checked out fine. Twice.
The game is only quasi-playable at this point. I can't progress in the story and I have a high probability that a given multiplayer match will crash to desktop.

I have the exact same error, story mission 1 worked, story mission 2, stealing the star destroyer, just drops to desktop at what appears to be just before the mission is about to start (it loads for a while)
Normally the crash gives no error message, but a few times I have gotten the easy anti cheat message for the exact same file. I also tried to rename the file and the whole folder where that file resides, did not help.
I tested dropping volumetric fog to low and was able to get through that story mission as well.
