@EA_Lanna At first I downloaded the license torrent separately, then I installed it through Origin (I bought it there too). The game was later updated to the latest version. This error occurred at startup. I even reloaded the game, but it did not help. Installation was not interrupted.
@EA_Lanna Please find attached Dxdiag file. I copied the games files over to my laptop and the game launches properly (got 6fps on the options). Then I copied the game back to my pc and it didn't work.

@Hallow_Knights interestingly. So still a problem in the software equipment... I tried to run it on my laptop, I just have an external video card connected.
@EA_Lanna So the game is not optimized for every hardware, and the launch fails. This must be passed on to game developers.

Hi @Alekxandr789, sorry about the delay, I've not been around to reply. This appears to be a local issue and what we'd advise here is to make sure any and all files related to JFO have been removed from your system before trying to install it again.
@Alekxandr789, you mentioned a Torrent in one of your earlier posts in here. Just to be transparent, torrent to me and most others translates to a cracked version of the game which is against the EA Terms of Service. Hopefully that's not actually the case here as we cannot support torrented games but if that is the case you could have some non-official files there that's causing the issue. Please correct me if I'm picking that up wrong.
