Game Launch

Everytime I go to play on the xbox one console the game launches as if it's my first time playing. It tries to get me to do the tutorial over again. When I play multiplayer it says I have all these new items available that I've had avaible already and the game tries to show me what hands and unlocks are. It's getting pretty annoying even though I do still retain what I already have unlocked as well as my rank but thig just started happening out of no where one day. Please help.
