Game loads but no menu option/words display making navigation impossible

PC game. I star the game and it gets to the first menu screen, but none of the boxes on the screen have any writing or letters/words.  Thus I can not navigate to the next opetion without guessing wh...

If, as too many people chose to do, you chose an in-place upgrade of Windows 10 on top of your existing Windows version, that has corrupted Origin, as this thread indicates.  The fix is already covered by the FAQs in the forums. 

I expanded my last answer to cover the fix as well.

I've tried doing it your way but it still doesn't work

    You'll have to give us the link to a copy of your complete DxDiag report, then.
