I agree with the fast travel system, especially for returning to the Mantis.
I'm currently STILL on the first planet of Bogano, stuck.
The door to the Mantis will not open and let me back inside, so I am unable to get OFF the planet and progress past Bogano itself.
A fat travel system, allowing me to get back inside the Mantis, would avoid this bug.
Just complete the mission, than you are able the Mantis.
A fast travel system is not a good idea...

It is a good idea though, and would alleviate alot boredom and frustrations.

The problem is, I did complete the mission. I re-boarded the Mantis after I finished Bogano and the logged out for the night on the ship. I had NOT left the planet yet.
A day later when I logged back on to resume play, I was located outside the ship, at the nearest Meditation circle. Upon approaching the Mantis, the door will not open and I cannot get back into the ship.
I went all the way back to the Vault and went back inside. I've explored everything I can on Bogano that I can get to, given my current low level of experience and every time I return to the Mantis, I am denied entry. No open door, no cut scene, no way to get back inside.
I am effectively trapped on Bogano UNLESS I restart the game. Which I would prefer not to do.
So...tell me again how I don't need a fast travel system to get into the Mantis?
@SiliconhobbitDid you go to the med point in the mantis. No autosave here. I learned the hard way. I didnt go to one. I died by a mob and was at the prev planet because i didnt save. But yet ft is needed in certain areas and to the mantis

I did go to the Meditation point inside the Mantis.
I'm assuming that if I hadn't, then I would have been placed at a Med point outside the Mantis and the cut-scene I get AFTER I've gotten into the Vault and returned to the Mantis (the cut-scene where Cere Junda opens the big door to the Mantis and you walk up the ramp) would not have happened.
As it is, I know I hit the Meditation point in the Mantis as I was adamant on logging off for the night and wanted to make sure I didn't have to re-do ANYTHING on Bogano I had just completed when I started the game back up the next day.
