Game Not Working

I was playing Jedi Fallen Order on steam and the audio wasn't working. Now I can't even open it again.

    Hey @xan61109 

    When you have a moment, can we give the following a try?

    1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
    3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    5. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

    Thanks! Some of the steps didn't work but overall it did work. I will detail my experience for others' use.

    1. The instructions on the link seemed to not be completely accurate but in the end I figured it out and it said it repaired some files.
    2. The EA app wouldn't open so I couldn't do this step. It works now but I don't see a Repair option
    3. Couldn't open the app to do this.
    4. Didn't do this cause it worked before I tried it.
    5. Closed all my programs and restarted to make sure nothing was interfering.
