Glitched “Collector” trophy

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug The “Collector” trophy will not pop because some chest and a secret will not register of Zeffo. It says 39/43 for chests and 13/14 for secrets. I’ve confirmed multiple times that I got every chest and secret. I even have the items in my inventory that the chests contain.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea, but it seems to happen to a lot of the community.
What happens when the bug occurs? Trophy won’t pop for me.
What do you expect to see? Get the trophy so I can platinum the game.

    Having the same issue but on the planet Ilum. The chest in the underwater area in the “Jedi temple” part of the map. Only chest that it says I don’t have but clearly do. This is the only reason my collector trophy hasn’t popped 😩

    Me too. Chest on Ilum at the top of the temple overlook. Only chest for shattered lake. Only thing I need for platinum. So frustrating.

    Hey, it's the same for me.  But it's showing as 41/43 chests and 13/14 secrets.  They need to hurry and patch this bug.  Also, i've noticed that my map in Zeffo is still showing markings to areas that have not been accessed but i've clearly been there; on multiple occasions.  EA please hurry and fix this.

    Same here.

    My map even shows unexplored paths but i already explored everything. And i cant reach the end of one of the tombs with the moving walls to get my 100% exploration

    This same issue is happening for me, I have completed every area of the planet, found every chest and secret, but still it shows I am missing 2 chests and a secret. The secret is from gusty bluffs and the chests are from abandoned village and weathered monument. Please just fix this it’s really getting on my nerves.
