Electronic Arts, please, this is the 29th time I have submitted a report. I know Battlefront 2015 may no longer be a priority for you, but it still wouldn't cost you anything to fix it. A malfunction or glitch in your game has left the door open for cheaters and hackers to create a mod that allows them to close lobbies and servers within a game. Every time someone is playing, hackers and cheaters enter the game and, with the hack activated, they alternate in the character selection menu between 2 decks of cards, managing to close the game lobby. This causes all players to be kicked to the menus, and this happens every time someone is playing.

Please do not reply to this message with the link and the message "Please report the situation here." First, that hasn't worked because I've already made several reports and they still haven't solved it. Second, it is impossible to report a player because you cannot know which player is causing the problems on the servers. Servers crash from the character select menu, and it's not a visible hack. It is impossible to identify which players are using this exploit.

Please fix this error as soon as possible. We players are trying to revive this game, but it's impossible with hackers shutting down lobbies and servers every time someone is playing. I am attaching tests in the form of videos that show how this mod works. Please correct this. It wouldn't cost them anything to assign a person or a team to fix this bug in the game that is allowing hackers to affect the gaming experience. EA, I have beautiful memories of this game with my late father, and PC is the only platform I can play it on. It's impossible to enjoy it with hackers shutting down the servers so no one can play. Please fix this. Please!

@EA_Barry Your reporting instructions don't work.  Once a player has crashed a lobby by executing commands on the server side (which they shouldn't be allowed to do), the lobby disappears and we lose the ability to try and narrow down who's responsible.

Legitimate players aren't given the tools required to use the whackamole strategy you're suggesting.  Plus, the larger problem here is that players shouldn't be able to execute server-side commands that bring down a game.  We need your help in escalating this up the chain to a dev team that can implement fixes.  This may be an old title for EA, but EA doesn't have a comparable game to replace it.  Even Battlefront II is subject to the exact some problems - they've allowed players to exploit access to server-side commands that can crash the whole game for everybody.

Friend, the solution you provide is useless, since it is impossible to know which player uses this hack, since it is not a visible hack until the server has already crashed and you do not know who did it, it does not depend on us, it depends on you and fix this bug in the game that allows hackers to crash the lobbies, we need a solution for this as soon as possible

@EA_Barry We have had no response for 3 months and hackers continue to use hacks to close/crash the servers, which has made it impossible to play online games. We need a quick solution. This has to be corrected by a team since it is not possible to report players who use this hack because it is simply impossible to know who is executing it

Elecetronic Arts, we have hackers crashing and closing the Battlefront 2015 lobbies-servers every time they feel like it, which is usually always, it has become impossible to play, HACKERS CRACKING SERVERS, this is simply absurd and they must solve it, we have 3 months without a solution and the game dies faster and faster, AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REPORT THE PLAYERS BECAUSE WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHO USES THE HACK WITHIN THE GAME, IT IS NOT A VISIBLE HACK UNTIL THE SERVER HAS ALREADY CRASHED

During the last 2 months hackers have made it impossible for players to play on PC, they have a mod that allows them to bug the decks of cards, and by quickly switching between one deck and the other they crash or close the lobbies of any game, which It makes it impossible to find games since all the players are leaving, and when we manage to start games on the weekends, the hackers close them immediately, when will we get a solution? first the progress reset at the beginning of this year and now this?? EA fix this immediately please
