This is an absurd amount of steps to link the two accounts. Nevermind that this shouldn't even be required to play online in the first place!
EA, This needs to be fixed. There is no reason why your customers should need a workaround for this.

No one here can access anyone else's player account contents, so my answer above still applies.
Take note of this: EA's game developers do not frequent these forums. The only things going forward from here are numerics. Summaries and Totals is all they will see from here, not the details.
