Help: My son cannot access online features due to his age!

I have set the appropriate settings on his Xbox One profile. I deem the content of Star Wars Battlefront to be suitable for him to play and have made the decision to allow him to play. The EA serve...

No one here can access anyone else's player account contents, so my answer above still applies. 

Take note of this:  EA's game developers do not frequent these forums.  The only things going forward from here are numerics.  Summaries and Totals is all they will see from here, not the details.
