The change to the homing shot is ridiculous. If it was found by many to be overpowered, (not my opinion) then they should have just increased the cool down time or decreased it's damage, not change the targeting function to the point of making the weapon useless. If their intent was to level the playing field, I'm not sure how screwing up a useful wepon that's readily available to noobs and vets achieves that. To anyone who was complaining that they kept getting shot by the homing shot, that should have been a clue to take cover and increase your stealth game a bit.
