Horizontal flickering lines on characters and objects (PS4)

I have those annoying rectangular horizontal flickering white lines on characters and some other objects and explosions in Battlefront  (PS4).
I tried to change some PS4 settings like turning deep color off or force the resolution to 720p and I also tried to plug my PS4 on an other TV with an other HDMI cable, and the problem is still there.
 
I've never had this issue on other games before.
 
Anyone has an answer or has the same problem ?
