I was able to fix it by disconnecting my throttle and binding it to my stick. After that I reconnected it and everything works perfectly.
@JongyHDI I am also experiencing this. In addition throttle is being detected as the X axis on my stick so the two are in conflict. If I map yaw to my X axis then I lose throttle, and vice-versa.

What happens when the bug occurs? Axis only binds in 1 direction for rudder pedals. Ie if I bind left yaw and step on left rudder pedal it binds left yaw to axis y + but then when i bind right yaw and step on right pedal it doesnt recognize axis y - as valid input so it wont bind yaw right
What do you expect to see? Rudder pedals are usually a single axis so need to be able to bind + as 1 yaw direction and - as the opposite

I had this with the throttle axis. I came back to the game later and it registered fine.
