I was able to fix it by disconnecting my throttle and binding it to my stick. After that I reconnected it and everything works perfectly.
I've not been able to correctly bind my rudder pedal axis successfully. I am able to map the left portion (negative axis IIRC), but I am unable to bind the right side.
I checked the Windows Device Manager to see if the device its self was malfunctioning, but it was working as intended according to the system.
I have tried also checking with different USB ports on both PC and USB hub (just to try them all) and verified the devices drivers.
I believe the Community Manager saw a tweet reply I posted about another issue, and he said he has notified the team, so hopefully that comes in a .dot patch soon. But if any has found a workaround for this, please let me know!

Have you tried to map the rudder to your toe brakes? I made my rudder pedals myself and had the same problem you mentioned but was able to bind the brakes as the rudder inputs, feels a little weird but it works. I think the problem is that the game is expecting 2 different axis for rudder inputs while most rudder peripheral are just +/- one axis.
