I was able to fix it by disconnecting my throttle and binding it to my stick. After that I reconnected it and everything works perfectly.

I fly like a stroked out alcoholic with feet for hands because 3000+ hours of flying with roll and pitch on my mouse have me convinced that A and D are attached to a rudder.
Same here. Why on earth is re-configuring mouse movement impossible?
