I was able to fix it by disconnecting my throttle and binding it to my stick. After that I reconnected it and everything works perfectly.
@JongyHDI I am also experiencing this. In addition throttle is being detected as the X axis on my stick so the two are in conflict. If I map yaw to my X axis then I lose throttle, and vice-versa.

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. When rebinding the E12 key on the joystick which is used in multple places, I cannot bind the new key to the same locations as the old key. Reset to default rebinds the default key to multiple places, to you cannot get a new key to have the same functionality (beeing bound to several places) as the old default key.
