I was able to fix it by disconnecting my throttle and binding it to my stick. After that I reconnected it and everything works perfectly.
@JongyHDI I am also experiencing this. In addition throttle is being detected as the X axis on my stick so the two are in conflict. If I map yaw to my X axis then I lose throttle, and vice-versa.

What happens when the bug occurs? First the flight controls are inverted when the setting isn't selected. I have to choose inverted in order to get the controls to NOT be inverted. Also the ship's speed does not change when using the throttle slider.
What do you expect to see? I expected the controls to not be inverted when not selected and for the HOTA's controls to work properly. I expected the throttle slider to work.

The flight controls are inverted by default. Switching the controls to inverted makes them NOT inverted. Also, throttle slider bar does not increase speed. I updated to latest drivers and it still does not work.
Try re mapping the inputs, it worked for me. wait till you experience the DEAD ZONES, that's the real issue.
