Best recommendation i can give you is to look at the T-Flight HOTAS X
https://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-T-Flight-Hotas-Flight-Stick-PC/dp/B001CXYMFS
It's $60 on amazon and a really good entry level stick, it's what i started on. The throttle can detach and be spaced around a keyboard which is nice. Only downside is it doesn't have a whole lot of buttons for more intense flight sim games, but if this is the only one you're playing, you should be good!
I'd also recommend, if you really enjoy the HOTAS experience after getting this, try a TrackIR 5. A bit pricey, but the added immersion is amazing! (That being said, i'm not sure if the Devs have confirmed support for it or not though, so keep that in mind!)

Just to add in addition tot he above suggestion. The Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X is the same systems used for the HOTAS One (XBOne) and HOTAS 4 (PS4) all of which are compatible with the PC. and as the game is across all these platforms, might actually make this the ideal HOTAS system. I have the HOTAS 4 and have found good on both the PC and PS4.
