Not sure if requesting resupply from your support ship would be the same, but you’ll find it in Options>Options>Controls>Remap Controls>Flight>Flight Stick>Comms
@Skids-n-Eggs Thanks for that tip! It worked for me. For anyone else who comes across this in the future, the control you need to bind is simply called "Comms Wheel" (at least at the time of this post).
