Which platform are you playing on?
If you're on console and want to check before you log into the companion app then you can sign into Origin with the accounts you have access to through the client on a PC. From there you can go to Account and privacy --> about me.
This will show you which accounts are linked to that EA account. Alternatively there shouldn't be any issues with just signing into the companion app with the accounts until you find the one connected - data should be there if you've already played.
