How do I fix my psn linking issue

Hi, when I ay fc24 it says I need to update my password to my ea account. I've done this but still doesn't let me go online. It looks like my ea account won't link to my psn account as my psn account as some strange @ea@ea disabled. Come email linked. How do I fix this?

    Hi @jkcov84 

    To confirm you will want to try and update your EA account password using the email on the EA account. 

    If you are unable to do this, or resetting doesn't remove the message you will want to reach out to our support to take a further look at your account.

    Thanks. I've updated my password but didnt resolve the issue. I've tried contacting via chat but it loads nothings. I've managed to email via 'hacked' account option. Hopefully they help, although wrong reason, I cant engage with EA otherwise as chat doesnt work as a contact method . I've tried laptops and phones but chat will nott open up
