HOW DO I GET MY JAKKU DLC (PC)

I pre ordered Star Wars Battlefront for PC, gaining early access to Battle of Jakku DLC, however I have no clue how to install it. It says that I have not installed the DLC and to check the store for...

    @THE_KIT_FISTOHmm, in this case you should contact Gamestop support. The only versions with codes in them are the non-North America ones and you appear to be in the US. 

    As per the list linked above it may be emailed or on a receipt depending on how you purchased.

I checked my email and restarted my computer and origin a hundred times. I pre-ordered the game through GameStop as soon as it was available to be pre-ordered. My game case even said "Early access to JAKKU DLC"

    I redeemed my code from the receipt they gave me at game stop. that worked fine it did not down load automatically. So I went to the origin interface right clicked View Game Details and scrolled down and there was the faded DLC and an option to download. Im doing this now.
