@THE_KIT_FISTOHmm, in this case you should contact Gamestop support. The only versions with codes in them are the non-North America ones and you appear to be in the US.
As per the list linked above it may be emailed or on a receipt depending on how you purchased.
That is a major flaw with EA. I loaded $80 of prepaid cards at least a month before launch and I clicked the preorder link. I was told I would be charged a few days before the release of the game and I trusted EA would charge me like they said they would. I know it isn't your fault so I'm not going to shout at you but the preordering system with Origin is truly shet. I'll be trying to let EA know about this less than adequate experience even though I bet it's not likely anyone besides you will hear of this incident. Thanks for your time @EA_David and I hope you don't have to deal with too many annoying people like us in the future haha. Hopefully you can pass word of the preorder process not working or not being straightforward along because after reading online for over an hour on this, it seems people are experiencing the same issue I had. One final thing, is there any way I would be able to talk to someone about getting access? Or is it simply a lost cause and I'm just going to have to wait despite all the trouble I went through to make sure I had the money to preorder this for the sole purpose of getting early access to the DLC. Again, I'm not trying to sound all impatient and annoying like the typical customer but I just feel like I've been cheated in a small way. I know it's only a week so I'm not going to cry anymore but if I could get access in any way that would be great to know. If not, I guess it's no big deal. Thanks again, @EA_David.
