I just had a chat with an EA help rep through their online chat service. Linked them this thread.
Obviously they cant fix it themselves but hopefully some feedback makes it up.
My only suggestion is if more people can do the same and take the time to go through the EA Help Center and Contact them directly via a chat.... The more service tickets about the performance concerns the better.
I did my ticket for Technical Support, Game Performance.
I get 20ms local ping and 75-85mbps d/l speeds on my NBN. This is the only game causing me multiplayer drama
