Once again bumping to see if theres anyone at EA willing to acknowledge the issue
Well gang its been fun.
I just got my refund from Steam so im outskie. I did finally see that added this to the technical page, so maybe ther eis some fleeting hope afterall. But if they dont change the connection method I dont see how they can make it better. I'll keep my eyes on it to see if it does get improved but not holding my breath.:

Hello there! 🙌
EA people confirmed this game's servers are dedicated.
Without an offence, I expected so.
(Because if P2P is used, I suppose I have much more latency... 🤭 )
Although we still have an issue, some friends from specific area has very large latency.
It seems that they are sent to another location but their legion has the own server.
Hmm...?

EA shouldve piped up and been transparent about this from day 1. The lack of communication on their own portals is amazing.
And I still dont buy that theres dedicated servers. If im on a dedicated server in Australia then why am I constantly paired with Euros and my latency is terrible.
Makes zero sense.

Oh, that's interesting. Would be nice to see which server you are connecting to. But I can also understand that there are reasons not to do it.
