It's pretty awful (again an Australian here). One match you're top of the board and things work, another and you just constantly hit opponents with no effect.
It's so bad I gave up on Multi and went back to single player, but that can't sustain anyone for long (don't want to play the whole campaign again until my VR headset arrives). This needs to be fixed. Surely with crossplay there are enough players in our region to warrant local servers and let us select only the local region for play.
