How to fix high CPU usage and stutters on old CPUs

Hi everyone,

I just want to share a fix that I've discovered for playing Jedi Fallen Order on old CPUs if you have high CPU usage (e.g. 100% constant) and or stuttering.

My system specs - Intel i5-6400, Zotac RTX3070 (yes... I know CPU bottleneck..... but I'll live with it!!! :P)

Anyways, I couldn't play the game at all without major stutters until I disabled DYNAMIC RESOLUTION SCALING.

After that, I totally smoothened out and I can play on EPIC settings at 3440x1440 with all settings turned on.  Still get very small hiccups occasionally.  But totally different experience and completely playable.

Seems that the dynamic resolution scaling really eats up lots of CPU power, and with old CPUs..... we can't afford wasting any cycles!
