How to get out of subterranean refuge without the power ups.

So, I got to bogano then I got to the subterranean refuge. Then I realized I couldn’t get out of the subterranean refuge. Is the any way to get out of the subterranean refuge without double jump?

Yeah, You have to go through until you find this room:

Then you go to that back hallway (straight ahead) - there's an unclimbable hill, and a short cutscene will start, and you will learn a new ability - Wallrunning. This is the one you need to get out of the Subterranean refuge.
