How to track Life/Force Essence progress?
We all know there are dozens of YouTube guides on where to find these upgrades, but how does one keep track of how many you're missing and what planets they're on? Yeah, I know there's little pop-ups...

So Essence secrets are lumped in with Stim secrets? I guess since I know I have all the Stims, I can at least know the rest in each area are either Force or Life.
As far as seeing where I missed secrets on the holomap, I'm not sure what you mean. I've looked at the map extensively many times and have never seen an icon on it that indicates a secret missed.
Can you show me a screenshot of a map that shows a missed secret so I at least know what to look for?
On the Holo map, when you hover over an area, it will tell you, next to the exploration percentage, what else there is in the area and how much of everything you have or are missing.
I think the exploration stats for the whole planet is on the top left, the individual areas on the bottom left, but I have bad memory. 🤣
Just open the map and look around the corners of the screen for some like "96% explored, 1/3 chests, 2/3 secrets". Zeffo has like 44 chests and 15 secrets or something.
@P4NCH0theD0GOK, thanks for that. I was noticing the Chests and what must be Echo icons in the upper left of the map, but for some reason didn't see the Secrets indicator in the lower left.
I'm posting the below video to show what looks to be the last remaining Available route via a green un-pulled rope, with no unexplored indicators in Zeffo remaining.
The map when I place the cursor on that rope shows all secrets there obtained, but 1/4 Chests. How is it even possible to get to that spot with what appears to be the only access point, the shield door BD-1 closes to evade 2nd Sister, still blocked?@P4NCH0theD0G
OK, got the hang of it now, thanks. I posted a reply earlier with a short vid of the last Available spot I see in Zeffo mark by a green un-pulled rope, but the shield door BD-1 closed to evade 2nd Sister is blocking access to it. Seems it didn't submit though. Just a few chests down there though. I now have all Essence except for 1 in Dathomir.Yes! You are right! 🙂

As mentioned, the top left is for the whole planet and the bottom left is for the specific area.
If this number is not full. You need to go the area and check there.

Can you tell me if the area I spoke of below the shield door BD-1 closes to evade 2nd Sister is somehow accessible by other means? I don't see any other way to get down there.
Reason I ask is I will probably retain this save slot when I start another play through, and go back to it to try and at least get all outfits (even though there's only two remaining). I'm not really liking the ponchos except for the red cloth one with stripes on the edge that kinda reminds me a bit of Clint Eastwood in the spaghetti westerns.Tomb of Miktrull entrance is closed by the shield.
So, how about enter there from the exit?
Maybe you know the place what I mean. 😉
