How to Update Jedi Fallen Order?

I realize I am five years late to this game, but I just started playing and discover there are patches that I don't seem to have.

Challenges from the Meditation menu? Really? And actual combat trainer that will help me learn to play the game! Yes please!

Only I don't have it. And I don't see any way to tell the game to check for/find updates. It should do this by itself FFS.
