Huntsman Doesn't Spawn Game Breaking

Summarize your bug I left the temple on Zeffo, and it says to return to the Mantis. I return to the Mantis but nothing happens. After reviewing a walk through online it shows a person named the Huntsman at the Turbine Room appearing. That person did not appear and therefore cannot progress the story of the game. (Note: the game glitched out in the temple when the sarcophagus fell and I stayed young with only force powers, may have something to do with it. I restarted the game and it brought me back as Cal.)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Note: the game glitched out in the temple when the sarcophagus fell and I stayed young with only force powers, may have something to do with it. I restarted the game and it brought me back as Cal. This could have caused a chain reaction of sorts, but I had no control of the sarcophagus falling and the cinematic glitching.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Hunstman doesn't spawn and nothing happens when I reach the quest marker "Return to the Mantis". I cannot progress the story.
What do you expect to see? The Huntsman show up and allow me to progress the story.

Hello, I love this game and really wanted to finish it. I spent a ton of time exploring and soaking in the game and I refuse to restart the entire game because this "Huntsman" character doesn't spawn to progress the story. I mentioned the force pull cinematic glitched out and that may have created a reaction which caused this but that is nothing I could've avoided. Please fix this and let me finish this wonderful game you've made.
