Hutt Contract - Purchase Failed
I am getting this Hutt Contract error on PS4 and have been experiencing them since April! I patiently waited for the Bespin release hoping that these would get fixed, but they still persist.
-When I attempt to purchase a Hutt Contract, I receive a “Purchased Failed” message. The Hutt Contract does not unlock and I lose the credits. I am unable to access any new content.
-Challenges and daily challenges no longer appear.
I am unable to unlock any of the content that I already paid for when I purchased the season pass. Feeling extremely frustrated & ripped off. EA, please refund me the $50 for the season pass or fix this. It is unbelievable that these issues have persisted for this long without any fixes. At least refund the thousands of credits I spent trying to unlock these challenges! It really irks me that I can't access content that I've already paid for, and it was EXPENSIVE. It also looks like many other users are having the same issue, but we've had no response.
Tell me, is there ANY possibility of a refund or a fix at this point?? If not, you have literally stolen money from your users.
