Hutt contracts purchase failed

I have already purchased and earned some of the hutt contracts.  Now when I go to the hutt contracts screen, it shows them as not purchased.  When I try to purchase new ones, it says purchase failed ...

    Hi, I know this is an old issue, but if anyone is affected by the issue where the Hutt Contract purchase fails, please reach out to support. We should have a new way to assist affected users and get this cleared up.

Thanks to everyone for the info. I'm not aware of any further player-side steps to get this resolved, but I will pass on the info.

I have been having this same problem since before May the 4th. I want my money back for this dlc. This is ridiculous. I've tried every workaround, nothing has helped. I'm not even getting daily challenges. I have posted three different times in the forums. No progress is being made as far as I can tell. Who do need to call to get a refund? I'm done playing this runaround *, you have my money and I have a broken game.
