I am desperate to get a refund for this game. Nothing happens.

A few weeks back I purchased Star Wars Battlefront, but my computer was not able to run it. I immediately asked for a refund and then nothing happened for a few weeks. I created a case, where I was supposed to be redirected to some EA Game Advisor. Didn't happen. A few weeks later, still no reply on that case, but it has been closed now. I don't know how I can contact this company, but they don't make it easy to say the least. Can anyone help me? Maybe some EA Game Advisor himself can read this message?! Cause I'm started to get seriously annoyed here.
