I an unable to chat with tech support on ea help

So I want to chat with EA help tech support. I click on start a new case button (first image) but in result i am sent to this page https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/ Can someone please ...

    Try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. Let me know if that helps or not.

Thank you for those details. This is an account issue that an advisor is going to need to help with. Please follow these steps:

  1. Type EA Account into the search field
  2. Select the EA Account tile
  3. Click on See more topics
  4. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
  5. Click on the option for chat

That should let you start a chat with an advisor.
