I bought SW Battlefront Season Pass after the trial but I cannot download it

I wanted to buy SW Battlefront (2015) but I wanted to try it first so I downloaded the 4 hours free trial version then I bought the SW Battlefront Season Pass. The Origin webpage says: You already have STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ Season Pass. Head over to your game library to start playing. Meanwhile the Origin app says: You've already completed your trial. Purchase full game or hide this trial in your game library. As it turned out The trial version was the Ultimate Edition and it's not possible to download the Season Pass version.

 

I tried to hide, restart... even uninstall and it's still not working. I don't know what to do.

I hope that some of you can help me out. Thanks a lot!

    @D3M0L1T10N_M4N Hi, if your trial is expired you won't be able to use the Season Pass until you have a copy of the base game. 

    Once you have the base game you should be able to click the game panel then "Extra Content" and grab everything there.

    Thanks the advise, but it's not a solution. I cannot download the base game either. However I bought this game... and I don't want to pay for it again. But if there's a real solution for my problem, then please inform me. I mean tell me what to do... Step by step then I will try it.

    @D3M0L1T10N_M4N Your posting account doesn't own the game, it has the expired trial and the Season Pass content.

    Do you have another account which you purchased the base game on? If not, you'll need to buy the base game to use the Season Pass content.

    @D3M0L1T10N_M4NHi, sorry for the delay, I was gone from the office when you posted.

    No, that linked content would not work without the base game. It looks like the base game on its own isn't available any more, with The Ultimate Edition being the main version for sale. Unfortunately this would lead to you duplicating your content and essentially wasting the money you spent on the Season Pass.

    I think in this case you have 2 options. One is to reach out to support, get a refund for the Season Pass, then buy the Ultimate Edition.

    Another would be to find a copy of just the base game, then add that to your account.

    Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. I can't find the base game so it looks like I have to by the Ultimate Edition but I can't get a refund because the time for a refund ran out. Can you help me with that?

    Hi, I have a new idea. Can I get a refund just for the Season Pass of the Ultimate Edition (my second purchase of the Season Pass)? If it works as I imagine, than I can get back the money for the second Season Pass and I can still play with the first purchase of the Season Pass. Am I right?
