    RedSpoder,

    I've experienced the same bug consistently. I've been unable to select anything in the third column using controller since the start of the game.

    HOWEVER, after adjusting my resolution to maximum (i play on a laptop), I'm now able to select the other rows for customization. To note: I don't recall what my previous resolution was set to - it was set to whatever the default is.

    But now the error is fixed.

Hello, Would you be able to let me know what resolution you are playing on and if you are using a keyboard or controller. If you could provide a video as well that would be super helpful.

@EA_RedSpoder I generally use a controller but tried using both keyboard/mouse and controller. After looking into it somehow my resolution dropped from 1920x1080, which is what my laptop normally plays on, to something far lower (cannot remember off the top of my head). After restoring the resolution I can now access all customization options.

    9 months later and this is not fixed. Even though there's a solution it still should have been fixed. EA really knows how to support their games.
