I cant link my new steam to my ea acc
i cant link my new steam acc to my old ea acc, i already unlink my old steam acc from my ea acc.. nut it cant link to my new steam acc

To confirm, as the message in your screenshot mentions. You can only link one Steam account to your EA account in its life.
